The Keith and Keely Mann Scholarship for Professional Achievement has been announced by Keith Mann of Dynamic Search Partners, It is a scholarship designed to recognize the next generation of new age business leaders. The Manns have partnered with Uncommon Schools. They are a non-profit charter organization, The scholarship will be available to one student at the Uncommon Schools Brooklyn-based high schools.
A spokesman for Uncommon Schools had this to say about the scholarship:“We are grateful to Keith and Keely Mann for granting this generous scholarship program at our school.” He went on to say that the scholarship will aid a student in attending college for a full year.
Those who apply for the scholarship are required to write a 1,000 ward essay on how a college degree will help them achieve their professional goals.
Mann is an advocate for supporting education and philanthropist activity. He is about identifying strong new young leaders and matching them up with the right companies in order to cultivate their success.
The goal of Uncommon Schools is to prepare low income students to attend college and be able to graduate with degrees. The application process for the scholarship goes to the end of February, with the winner being announced in March.
For over 15 years Keith Mann has been employed in the corporate search industry. Keith is highly qualified when it comes to hedge fund staffing and hiring strategy. When he learned that the hedge fund industry was under served by the search community Mann established the Alternative Investment Practice.
In 2009 Mann established Dynamic Search Partners, an executive search firm aimed at alternative investment firms in the USA, Europe, and Asia.
